宗林寺(Sourin-ji)

Sorin-ji was founded in Sunpu (the city of Suruganokuni) by the founder of Saito Shuurin, who was serving as Ito Tokugawa Ieyasu. With the entry of Tokugawa Ieyasu to government, this temple was given a temple site outside Kanda Shoheibashi, it was relocated to current place.
Funamori Soshi is a statue of Seiji given to Saburo Yasaburo when Nichiren Shojin was distributed to Izu. In the Edo period, Sōrin-ji was counted as one of the three main temples of Honkoku-ji Temple, along with Honjo Hoonji and Asakusa Koryuji. Long period, it had many temples and towers.
